Pre-Production

The Pre-Production process starts off with our creative team designing the packaging of a product, keeping in mind the requirements of our client. Once designed, a dummy replicating the style and colour is made, for the clients to approve. Post approval, a thorough QC of the board, in terms of coating, bonding strength, GSM etc. is carried out. By means of a state of the art Perfecta Seypa (German Make), the board is cut with utmost precision in the desired size and the approved “prototype” is then taken into production.
